How do I track my shipment?

We believe tracking a shipment should be as easy as possible, ensuring full transparency. Therefore we have made tracking accessible in more than one place. 

First Method
Do a quick track without logging in. To do this you can either track via the home page of www.intercargo.com and navigate to the Track section. Enter your job number which will then provide you with comprehensive tracking with full milestone ETA. ETD, ATA and ATD keeping you informed.

Second Method
You can quick track by going to our website and then navigating to My Intercargo > Track It
Here you can enter your booking reference and click Track Shipment.

Third Method is by doing a quick track on the Conexa Neo Login page WITHOUT logging in. This will provide you with a further detailed tracking view.

Fourth Method
The fourth Method is by logging in to your Conexa Neo Account and viewing the dashboard. Here you will see a world map with icons displaying where your shipment is around the world. Whether it is at the origin, in flight, in waters or at destination, you will be able to click on the transport icon and open the job to see exactly where your shipment is.

You can then open your job further in order to view detailed flight or vessel tracking information with events and milestones for each leg of the journey, you won't miss a heartbeat.
