How do I deactivate a user?

As the Conexa Neo Portal administrator, you will need to do this via your CSM portal login.

1. Once Logged In, navigate to the contacts in the left hand navigation pane or quick select from the main dashboard
2. Once you have opened the contact, toggle Web Access Enabled to Disabled

The user will no longer be able to login to the portal.
